Hi, I’m Michelle

— an instructional designer with a background in STEM and project coordination, specializing in program-level learning design in regulated environments.

I design and support instructional solutions that translate complex, technical, or standards-driven requirements into clear, accessible training experiences. My work spans curriculum and course design, instructor-led and virtual training, learning evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration.

With a foundation in biology, instructional design, and cross-functional teamwork, I bring structure, rigor, and follow-through to learning initiatives that need to scale and sustain over time. I’m also expanding my project and delivery skill set through Scrum (PSM I) and Project Management (CAPM) certification preparation.
